Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy is a condition where the muscular walls of the cat’s heart thicken which reduces the efficiency of the heart.
Clinical signs

Weakness in the body

Discomfort in breathing
Cracking sounds when breathing due to shortness of breath

Treatment
The treatment of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy depends on how severe the cat’s condition is. Some asymptomatic cats may not need any treatment.
