These are the Official Rules for Spot Perks. Spot Perks are not insurance.

How to Access Spot Perks

1. Special Perks – Exclusive Discount Codes “Special Perks”

No purchase necessary.

a. For Policyholders: Access Special Perks using the email address associated with your Spot plan.

b. If you are not a Policyholder or a Policyholder, you may access Special Perks by sending an email with 'Access Request' in the subject line to access@spotpet.com with your first and last name, email, mailing address, and phone number (if applicable) to receive access to Rewards. You will receive an email from access@spotpet.com the same day with a code to access Rewards. If access is not received, please email access@spotpet.com for assistance.

By entering your email address or emailing access@spotpet.com, you agree that Spot Pet Insurance and its affiliates may communicate with you via email, through the email provided to Spot. Your information is collected and used in accordance with Spot Pet Insurance Privacy Policy.

Spot contracts and makes arrangements with, or otherwise gives access to, third-party Merchants to provide Products and Services (collectively “Rewards”) through its Spot Perks program. Spot may receive compensation from Merchants for referrals.

Spot Perks is pleased to make pet-related Products and Services available at a discounted rate. Spot does not manufacture, design, or provide these Products and Services; therefore, it is not liable to the fullest extent of the law for defective Products or Services or any damages resulting therefrom. Any complaints regarding Rewards should be directed to the applicable Merchant who provided the Product or Service. The Rewards may not represent the lowest cost or highest discount otherwise available. All fees and costs associated with Rewards made through Spot Perks are the responsibility of the purchaser. Spot does not represent that any offered Reward will be always available. Rewards and promotional timeframes are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
