The Benefits of the Member Center
Manage Claims: Within the member center, pet parents can submit and track claims, as well as review old claims. In addition, the policyholders can select a preferred method of reimbursement for their claims.
Spot Pet Insurance plans offer pet parents the opportunity to receive reimbursement through direct deposit or by cheque in the mail. The direct deposit option can take about 2-3 business days once the claim has been reviewed and approved, while the cheque can take about 7 to 10 business days to arrive in the mail.
Manage Pet Profiles: Policyholders can review the details of their Spot Pet Insurance policy from within the Member Center. They are also able to review and manage their pet’s profile or enroll other pets in a pet insurance plan.
