Black Walnuts – Can cause vomiting and neurologic symptoms. English walnuts are generally safer but should be fresh since they can mold like other walnuts.5
Old and moldy walnuts – Can trigger tremors or seizures due to fungal or bacterial toxins.
Raw Cashew nuts – Contain compounds that make them harder to digest than roasted or cooked ones, increasing the risk of stomach upset.
