There is a chance that Halloween finds its roots in Samhain, an ancient Celtic pagan festival. Now that you look like a Halloween fan, here are some facts that may amaze you – (2)

  • It’s all black and orange because the ancient Celts believed black symbolized the “death” of summer and orange symbolized the fall harvest.

  • The largest Halloween parade attracts 2 million spectators and roughly 70,000 costumed participants. It happens in none other than New York City. 

  • You must be familiar with pumpkins, ofcourse! But did you know that they are fruits? They start as flowers and have seeds, which classifies them as a fruit.
